1.1 These General Conditions and Terms regulate the contracting of products and services offered by Associació Pro Bowling Raudex as well as advertising directed to its clients and/or users through its online store www.raudexpb.es, property of Associació Pro Bowling Raudex with registered office at 08415 Bigues i Riells and CIF number G13724406 The following are indicated as Raudexpb's contact information: Telephone 672 880 749; Email: info@raudexpb.es
Raudexpb is an online store of sports equipment for bowling, both for professional and amateur players, where products from all brands are sold.
1.2 A customer will be understood as any Internet user who, through the procedure detailed in these General Conditions, voluntarily registers their data in the virtual store for the purpose of making a purchase. RaudexPB with CIF number G13724406 will be considered the selling party.
2. Conditions of sale
2.1 To make a purchase, the user must be registered in the online store. Once the product or products have been selected, they will be added to the shopping cart.
2.2 When making the purchase, we will provide you with the possibility of saving or printing a receipt or invoice for the purchased product.
2.3 The Raudex Pro Bowling Association reserves the right to modify prices, articles, offers and other commercial conditions without prior notice.
2.4 Product delivery times are 5 to 7 business days in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, once payment has been confirmed by the client. For Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, delivery times may vary between 7 and 9 business days. For foreign countries, between 7 and 9 business days also
3. Payment methods
The payment methods accepted by RaudexPB are the following:
3.1 Bank transfer: If the bank transfer option is selected, the user will receive the account number and bank in which they must make the payment to formalize the purchase. At the time of making said transfer, the name and surname of the buyer and the name of the product will be necessary as the concept of the transfer. Once the amount for the purchase has been received, the selected product will be shipped.
3.2 Cash on delivery: Cash on delivery payment will be made upon delivery of the package, paying by hand to the courier, in cash and with the exact amount. In no case will the product be delivered without payment for the order.
4. Transportation and delivery4.1 Orders may be hand delivered to any bowling alley in Barcelona by prior appointment with the sellers.
4.2 You can also request the order to be sent to a specific address. In this case, the products will be sent to the address provided by the user to Raudexpb through a courier company and a tracking code will be offered, when possible, to check their status.
5. Return and cancellation policy
5.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to send us an email to info@raudexpb.es or inform us by telephone at 672 880 749 that you wish to return the product.
5.2 In the event that the return is made for reasons beyond Raudexpb, such as mistakes when selecting a size, color or other characteristics, which are a consequence of an error or change of mind on the part of the customer at the time of making the purchase, It will always be the customer who is responsible for the transportation costs of said return. In these cases, the payment received will be refunded to the customer within 14 working days, once the product has arrived at the RaudexPB physical store at the address provided. The order will need to be sent in the original packaging to this address.
5.3 In the event that the return is due to errors made by Raudexpb (product that does not match the order placed or defective product), the company will be responsible for the costs associated with collecting the product and/or exchanging it for the correct one.
5.4 Raudexpb reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products have been received.
